Even though prize premiums are included on most comics, there were several premiums highlighted on their own comic strip. Some were part of the set and had assigned numbers, some were part of a set (although unnumbered) filled missing numbers, still others were just extra and filled no missing comics. The year, number and/or location of these premiums often require forensic evidence. Factors include mailing address, comics required or color. Finding miscut comics that include a premium is often used to locate these gaps. You will see several examples below of miscut comics including a premium or visa versa.
