These are early foreign language comics from Canada. They are numbered C4-XX and include both English and French captions. My logic for dating them 1961 comes from one particular comic, C4-9, which shows several years for a Christmas card, the first being 1961. The inclusion of Blony comics in the premiums did not last until 1964 so I don't think the 4 in the numbering stood for the year.
